My name is Sheena and I’m a trauma-informed mindset coach – which basically means I help you unlearn the stuff that made you doubt yourself in the first place.
My work centres around confidence, self-belief, and building the kind of inner safety that actually lasts – so you stop performing for approval and start living like you mean it.
Because feeling empowered shouldn’t be a once-in-a-blue-moon moment. It should be your everyday.
I’ve always been a people person. I love a good laugh, I listen deeply, and I genuinely care about seeing people thrive. That’s what led me here- to become a confidence and mindset coach who helps others stop second-guessing themselves and start showing up with clarity and conviction.
I’ve lived in Central London most of my life – but my journey here? It’s been anything but easy.
I grew up with childhood abuse and emotional neglect. I was in the care system and living on my own by the time I was 15. By 14, I’d already survived a suicide attempt. So no- I didn’t come from safety, softness, or stability. I had to fight for every bit of healing, confidence, and self-worth I have now.
And along the way? I wore a lot of hats.
I worked in a high-end celebrity salons in Mayfair. Did nails for some of the worlds most powerful women. Supported CEOs. Stepped on stage as an amateur bodybuilder. And yes – I even worked as a professional dominatrix, learning more about power dynamics and presence than any textbook could teach.
Each chapter gave me something: resilience, self-trust, and the ability to read a room before anyone even says a word.
I didn’t just learn confidence – I built it from scratch.
I’m also a single parent to a neurodiverse child -now grown, which brought its own set of challenges, lessons, and mindset shifts. Balancing it all – work, identity, parenting, and growth, showed me that confidence isn’t just about how you look or speak. It’s about trusting who you are, embracing your experiences, and knowing you’re already enough.
If there’s one thing I know for sure – confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s not a personality trait. It’s a mindset… and a skill you can build, no matter what you’ve been through.
As a trauma-informed mindset coach, I help people rebuild self-belief from the inside out.
With the right support, structure, and tools, you can quiet the overthinking, break the old survival patterns, and finally start showing up in your life – boldly, clearly, and as you.

Confidence isn’t about becoming someone you’re not. It’s about being the most honest version of you, without the constant self-doubt. I know what it’s like to feel stuck or unsure, but I also know the transformation that’s possible when you shift your mindset and back yourself fully.
You don’t need permission. The confidence you’re looking for? It’s already in you. You just need the right coach to help you pull it to the surface.
I didn’t just wake up confident one day. I had to unlearn years of fear, shame, and survival-mode thinking.
Through deep mindset work, trauma healing, and techniques that actually stick – I taught myself how to build confidence. I’ve studied coaching, behaviour change, emotional resilience, and more. But truthfully? It’s my lived experience, intuition, and ability to really see people that sets my work apart.
That’s how Unlimited Beliefs was born – out of a need to help others break out of the mental cages I know too well.
Limiting beliefs can feel like a trap you can’t see your way out of.
They whisper things like “stay in your lane,” “who do you think you are?” and “don’t get too big.”
But I’m here to challenge all of that.
You don’t need permission to become who you want to be.
You just need the right support to believe it’s possible.
Maybe you’ve found yourself shrinking in certain situations, feeling inadequate, or second-guessing your worth. I know exactly how that feels – I’ve been there.
I’ve had so many harsh life experiences, but they’ve all been lessons and shown me that at times when I’ve had self doubt, I’ve had to step into my power and overcome that.
